Welcome to week 14! It is hard to believe that in just over three weeks we will be celebrating Christmas. These next few weeks are going to race by so very quickly.
I hope everyone enjoyed a delicious Thanksgiving, even if the celebration had to be smaller due to the Covid virus.
We are now in the season of Advent and should be preparing ourselves for the arrival of the Messiah. Let us make sure that each and every action we do is a gift to Christ.
SOCIAL STUDIES:
8th-Review for chapter 15 Friday.
7th-Review for quiz 3-1 & 3-2 tomorrow. Use notes and guide given in class for your review.
6th-Review all of 2-1.
RELIGION:
8th-Review for chapter 7 test, date not determined.
7th-Review for chapter 8 test Wednesday. Chapter 9 faith words/person/Big Q & A due Thursday. Read/highlight/answer end of chapter questions due Friday.
LITERATURE:
8th-Rough draft of your original Christmas story is due in printed form tomorrow in class. You will peer edit one of your classmates. Final good copy with pictures and ready to hand to your Kinder Buddy is due on Monday. The Finish of Patsy Barnes and The Drummer Boy of Shiloh are our current stories. There is a combined quiz for these two stories. This assessment will be next week.
