Happy Friday,
We finished week #12 in school. Again, thank you for all the measure and inconveniences you are doing to keep the school open. We have all made adjustments to our "normal" schedules and everyday life to stay well. And, although we may not like some of the changes it does appear to be working. Please know that the entire school-students and faculty- are making the same sacrifices with the same end game in mind.
SOCIAL STUDIES:
8th-Review for quiz 15-1 & 15-2 on Tuesday. Online quiz for chapter 15 due Monday, 11/23 by 7:55 am.
7th-Write the definitions for the terms -Content Vocabulary and Key People and Events listed at the start of section 3-1 on page 58 in textbook. Online quiz for chapter 3 due Monday, 11/23 by 7:55 AM. Section 2 definitions-Content Vocabulary and Key People and Events) on page 64, will be due Wednesday.
6th-Definitions for 2-1 (page 38 in textbook- Locating Places, Meeting People, & Building Your Vocabulary) due Monday on paper in your binder. Outline assigned (A, B, C, OR D) due Tuesday, 11/24.
RELIGION:
8th-Chapter 7 faith words/person/Big Q & A due Monday. Read/highlight/answer end of chapter questions due Wednesday.
7th-Chapter 8 faith words/person/Big Q & A due Monday. Read/highlight/answer end of chapter questions due Wednesday.
LITERATURE:
8th-The Tell-Tale Heart story comprehension quiz Monday. Finish up your K-Buddy Christmas story. Rough draft to peer will be due the week after Thanksgiving, 12/1. Final good/complete story due 12/7, and should be ready to share with your buddy.
NOTES:
REPORT CARD RECEIPT - Today a yellow Report Card Receipt card went home with all students. Once you have viewed your child's report card on Rediker, please sign and return the yellow card via your child next week.
